| The Tower Suite
is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Suite
located on the second and third floors of the
Canterbury Manor. From the second floor master
bedroom, enjoy your private balcony which offers
an excellent view of the grounds of the Southern
Mansion as seen below. There is also a full
bathroom on the second floor. |

The Tower Suite kitchen, two bedrooms, and one
full-bath and a powder room are located on the
third floor. There is also additional sleeping
on the sofa bed in the "Great Room." The kitchen
is equipped with a refrigerator, stove,
microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher,
dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, fire
extinguisher, iron, and ironing board. Newly
added to this unit is a very large, private
mahogany deck with ocean and bay glimpses. Tower
has a private charcoal grill and laundry
facilities as well.
This suite has multi-zone air conditioning,
cable TV, and DVD/VCR.
The Tower Suite sleeps 7. In-season
rate $1650 per week. |

The Cambridge Suite
has two queen bedrooms, one with a full bath and the
other with its own powder room. In addition, there is a
bunk room that sleeps two, another bathroom and laundry
with full-size washer and dryer. Located on the second
floor, Cambridge has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and
a large living room with sleeping for two on the sofa
bed. There are French doors that open from the living
room onto a large private back porch. The master bedroom
has its own door to the porch. |

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove,
microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, dishes,
utensils, glassware, cookware, fire extinguisher, iron,
and ironing board.
The unit has central air-conditioning, cable TV, and
DVD/VCR. |

The property features a new outdoor shower facility;
wireless internet; and two fully stocked beach boxes
with umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys -
located at Howard Beach. Community charcoal grills
are available to all of our guests.
Also, there is private on-site parking for two cars for
each unit at Canterbury Manor.
The Cambridge Suite sleeps 8. In-season rate $1850 per
week.
